What do furbys do

Furbys start out speaking a fictional language called Furbish, but with time and interaction, they begin incorporating more English words into their vocabulary. Apparently, the phrase "hug me" sounded like something far filthier. The general public grossly overestimated how advanced these toys were. Furbys had sensors that allowed them to respond to light, movement, and touch; they could also communicate with other Furbys, thanks to an infrared communication system—all of which was considered pretty cutting-edge at the time.

Although the technology wasn't exactly Earth-shattering, it still ended up fueling a number of false rumors and conspiracy theories. We have one woman who is absolutely insistent that her Furby sings Italian operas. Another widespread myth was the belief that Furbys could record or repeat conversations. For tens of thousands of years, they had been living in A-loh May-lah, and they bonded with tall, slender, transparent beings called Eons.

Due to an unfortunate climate change, the Eons became extinct. Furbys cannot reach their full maturity and potential unless they have a creature to bond with. They attempted bonding with other creatures on A-loh May-lah, including Shelbys who have been living here for hundreds of thousands of years but to no success.

So one day, the Furby tribe all decided to come to Earth, and "jumped down from the clouds", and were able to bond happily with humankind. Furbys hatch from eggs, and their lifespan is years. They are sweet, though can be rude, and enjoy eating. They have long attention spans. Furby mainly has only 1 personality, which is a calm and friendly Furby. It can be slightly changed by treating Furby differently depending on what it does. Each Furby receives a name in Furbish.

I love that the new Furby Connect sings current songs, and the new way it reacts to being fed. I'd give it to my daughter, she'd love it. I really like the fact that it can be used with other tech items so that they don't become obsolete and that it can be updated. I would definitely give to my youngest daughter. Listen to music with your Furby. Furbies love music. With a Furby, clap four times and it will dance for you. Just be careful, because if you have a Furby or Furby Boom, they might change into a personality you don't like if you play too much music. Be affectionate. Petting a Furby will also make it sleep.
